Russia launches airstrikes, claiming to be in a state of war
Recently, many parts of Ukraine have been hit by Russian airstrikes, with loud explosions in the capital Kiev and air defense alerts sounding throughout Ukraine. The Ukrainian Energy Minister stated that this round of airstrikes is the largest Russian military attack on energy facilities in Ukraine since the beginning of this year. Russian presidential press secretary Peskov said that special military operations have in fact turned into war, and Russia is now in a state of war.
