The EU and Eurozone economies are expected to grow by 1.0% and 0.8% respectively
Recently, the European Commission released its Spring 2024 Economic Outlook report, which predicts that the EU economy will grow by 1.0% and 1.6% respectively in 2024 and 2025, and the Eurozone economy will grow by 0.8% and 1.4% respectively. The EU inflation rate will decrease from 6.4% in 2023 to 2.7% in 2024, and further to 2.2% in 2025. The inflation rates in the Eurozone will be 2.5% and 2.1% respectively for the next two years.
