Recently, the United States Postal Service (USPS) announced the implementation of the second phase of service standard optimization. The new regulations will expand the 2-4 day delivery range for first-class mail and ground advantage mail, and improve the efficiency of local mail "turnover" processing. The delivery time for first-class mail and ground advantage mail has generally been extended from 1-3 days to 2-4 days, and in some remote areas, it may even take up to 6 days
