Recently, Belgian Post announced that it will only purchase electric bicycles starting this year and plans to completely phase out the last batch of traditional bicycles by the end of next year. Belgian Post dispatches 10,000 postal workers daily for deliveries, with 3,000 of them using bicycles. Among these riders, 1,260 still rely entirely on human power, resulting in approximately 1,500 traditional bicycles currently in use
