In Chile, Q1 Online Purchases Increased By 11% Year-on-year

According to the latest release of Chile's National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism (CNC), the total value of domestic and international online purchases in Chile reached $2.144 billion in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 11% year-on-year. Purchases on international platforms accounted for 17.4% of online retail transactions in Chile, up 5.5% from the same period in 2023. Chileans accounted for 31% of purchases on AliExpress, followed by Shein and Amazon at 21% and 13%, respectively.
