Swiss central bank cuts benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 1%
Recently, the Swiss National Bank announced its latest monetary policy decision, announcing another 25 basis points reduction in interest rates to 1.00%, in line with market expectations. This is also the third time the Swiss National Bank has cut interest rates this year. The Swiss National Bank expects the country's inflation rate to be 1.2% this year, opening up opportunities for further easing of monetary policy against the backdrop of significantly reduced inflationary pressures
