TikTok tops the global app download chart
According to the latest ranking from app analytics provider AppFigures, TikTok surpassed Instagram in January to become the world's top app download ranking. Although the sale bill approved by the Biden administration has halted TikTok downloads in the United States, it leads the Southeast Asian market in terms of new user numbers, with Indonesia accounting for 10% of downloads in December, becoming the largest source of new downloads.
