Recently, Kazakhstan revealed that it is discussing providing a new type of "tourist visa" for foreign citizens who are interested in living in Kazakhstan. The name of this new visa is tentatively named "NEO Nomad Visa". It is worth mentioning that "tourist visas" were not pioneered by Kazakhstan. During the pandemic period after 2019, more than 25 countries around the world launched "tourist visas", providing strong policy support for foreign nationals to stay for a long time.
